What is the NFM Home Team?
The NFM Home Team is a unique program designed to find college athletes who are passionate about tech, home décor, and interior design.
To fill our roster, we hand select top-notch student athletes for the NFM Home Team from colleges in our store regions. We look for college athletes who are interested in partnering up to create innovative content. In exchange for their promotion, we offer partners products, discounts, gift cards, or even cash payments. Student athletes may also be invited to attend NFM-exclusive events and initiatives. We try to collab with every student athlete on our roster at least twice a year to make sure we’re representing a variety of schools, sports, and regions.
The NFM Home Team are ambassadors for both NFM and their personal brands. By working together, we create a better experience for customers and our communities.

- Student athletes aged 18-24 who are passionate about sports, education, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Highly engaged student athletes on social media that value authenticity, transparency, and inclusivity in their interactions with brands and other influencers.
- Student athletes who are driven, competitive, and focused on achieving their goals both on and off the field. They prioritize wellness, self-care, and are always on the lookout for products and services that can help them perform at their best
What is expected of an NFM Home Team student athlete?
- High-quality photo/video posts
- Posts authentic to you and your social audience
- Posting on the platform you know your audience is most engaged
- Including all necessary hashtags and tag NFM’s socials in all posts
- All posts must be dedicated posts, not Instagram Stories
What will NFM offer?
- As an influencer for the NFM Home Team, this guarantees we will partner with you for at least one campaign for the 2024 academic year.
- You will receive exclusive merch and products as well as other promotional opportunities your way throughout the year.
- You will receive a Welcome Box; complete with a Sweatshirt, Keychain, and Shaker Bottle, as well as one $250 NFM Gift Card, and one $250 VISA gift card.
